  • Over 15 years of Construction experience.
    Began as framer in 1992 and worked for 18 Months working my way up from general framer to Crew Leader to moved on to become Punch Out Crew leader and incharge of all trusses engineering and placement.
  • 1994 Started Birdsong Decking.
    Marine Construction Company specializing in Decks, Dock & Bulk Heads. The marine construction business also include Boat houses, Boatlifts and other outdoor specialties.
    The summer of 1997 Worked for an Excavation Contractor, learned how to operate heavy equipment, Learned site work techniques. Work related items included. Heavy hauling, small equipment operations, tree removal, site prep, survey and more.
  • After College began career with small Commercial Contractor specializing in restaurants.
    As a Project Manger i work on tenant build outs and ground up projects for National chains such as Sonic, Subway, Sonny’s and Dunkin Donuts. Also worked in Local businesses such as Vino’s Wine Bar. Then became Project Manger working on a 2.2M multifamily project. Other projects included the Palencia Athletic Complex in St. Augustine. A general Athletic Complex of about $5M.
  • Another project was an Amenity Center for The Landmar Group again as Project Manger, I oversaw the complete renovation of a $1.5 M amenity center upgrading the athletic facility, conference room, meeting room and addition of a new Pool house and outdoor amenities.
  • My final project for this commercial contractor was again working with Landmar to start a new subdivision in St. Marys Georgia, Osprey Cove. This project was the 'vertical' construction of the new main entry and guard gate as well as all the individual communities entrances and signs inside the development. The Scope include all entry features, fencing, guard gate, and monument signs.
  • In 2004 Started the Gregory Group Inc. General Contractor specializing in interior buildouts and Tenant inprovements. Worked on projects such as Massage Envy, Inserection and various other residential projects.
